I recently received my order, and I must say I'm very impressed with the elegant packaging and the thoughtful presentation of your fragrance sets. However, I was disappointed to find that one of the vials, specifically "Bomb Bae," arrived broken (please find attached a photo for your reference).

The rest of the products were in perfect condition and smell amazing, and I truly appreciate the care you put into the experience. I would be grateful if you could assist with a replacement for the damaged item.
