The smell is really amazing, pure gourmand but their projection and sillage is quite disappointing.
The projection/sillage doesn't even last 3-4 hours even on fabric. Longevity might be good but their tall claims of Extrait intensity falters. Falls short of even Eau De Parfum.
They have complete apathy for customers. They don't reply on emails, Instagram and not even on their on website. I had complained about the defect in batches created around 10-11 months back, also complained by other customers. They said they will inspect my perfume, when I agreed they stopped replying. Shows the level of their customer redressal.
Really wanted to make this my permanent niche brand but their customer service isn't worth it.
Initially, they did put good efforts in ensuring me about queries hence, I am still expecting for a resolution. Hope they respond as I wanted to order some scents from them but only after they solve this.
